"They did the leaf spring upgrade to my 2000 Ford Excursion. Miguel the front end (I'm assuming) shop manager and owner John are great people and easy to work with. Through the job their communication was great. They found things wrong with other parts and didn't try and rip me off. Changed a few things just for parts cost. Even went as far to search online for certain hardware I needed for the front bumper which saved me a good chunk of money. I told them I needed it by a certain date and they made sure I had it. I'm the type of guy that doesn't like to take my vehicles in and don't trust a lot of mechanics and I don't take the time to write reviews unless someone goes above and beyond. Which Joliet suspension did. I highly recommend sending your vehicles here. I know I will. They are definitely a family business and way more then a suspension shop. Thank You Guys"
